We're pleased to announce a new set of tools in BackEngine designed to help you manage and act on what customers say more efficiently.

What's New:
  • Assign Customer Feedback
    You can now easily assign specific pieces of customer feedback to team members. This helps ensure that the right people are addressing the right issues in a timely manner.

  • Track Progress
    We've added a simple status tracking system. You can now mark feedback as "New," "In Progress," or "Resolved," giving you a clear view of where things stand.

  • Collaborate with Your Team
    Team members can now comment on feedback items within BackEngine, making it easier to discuss and coordinate responses without switching between different tools.

How It Works
  • When reviewing customer feedback in your BackEngine dashboard, you'll see new options to assign items to team members and update their status. Team members will receive notifications when feedback is assigned to them.
